Shipping & Handling
How orders are processed, shipped, and tracked, and how research materials should be handled on arrival.
Order processing time
Orders are handled as research-use fulfillment. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During occasional high-volume periods, preparation may take a little longer; any extended delay is announced in the notice banner at the top of every page.
Shipping methods & carriers
Shipments are sent through a tracked carrier appropriate to the destination and the package. Every shipment is dispatched with tracking so its progress can be followed through to delivery. Packaging is selected to protect material integrity in transit. Specific carrier routing is not guaranteed in advance and may vary by destination.
Where we ship
Bioline Labs ships within the United States only at launch. International shipping is not currently offered, and the checkout address form reflects this. If domestic-only coverage changes, this page and the checkout flow will be updated to match.
Tracking your order
Once a shipment is dispatched, tracking information is attached to the order. You can review the current status and tracking details for any order from your order history. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and can take a short time to appear after dispatch.
Handling & storage on arrival
On arrival, research materials should be moved promptly into storage conditions appropriate to the product, as indicated on the lot’s certificate of analysis. Once a shipment is delivered, storage and handling become the receiving laboratory’s responsibility. Materials are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical, and educational research.
All sales final
Because of the sensitive nature of research materials, all orders are final once placed. Replacement is limited to specific carrier-verified circumstances. The full policy is set out on the All Sales Final page.
