Frequently asked questions
Operational and supplier-side questions about ordering from Bioline Labs. For questions about specific lots, see the certificate of analysis linked from each product page.
What does Research Use Only mean?
Research Use Only is the supplier-side classification that applies to materials sold for in-vitro laboratory and educational research. It indicates that the material has not been reviewed or approved as a drug, food, or supplement, and is not packaged or labeled for any other category of use. Materials with this classification are intended strictly for the laboratory.
What documentation comes with each shipment?
Every shipment includes lot-specific specifications and a certificate of analysis. The certificate identifies the lot and reports the testing performed on that lot. The same certificate is also linked to the product page once approved, so it can be reviewed before placing an order.
How are materials stored before shipment?
Materials are stored under conditions appropriate to each product, as indicated on the certificate of analysis. Specific handling guidance for a given lot is on its certificate. Once a shipment leaves us, storage and handling become the receiving laboratory's responsibility.
Where do you ship?
United States only at launch. International shipping is not currently offered. The address form at checkout reflects this.
How do I get a copy of a certificate of analysis?
When a product page lists a certificate, the link on that page opens the certificate as a PDF. You do not need to be signed in to view a certificate that has been linked to a published product. If a product does not list a certificate, the certificate has not yet been linked publicly.
