Frequently asked questions
Operational and supplier-side questions about ordering from Bioline Labs. For questions about a specific lot, see the certificate of analysis when one is linked from the product page.
What does Research Use Only mean?
Research Use Only is the supplier-side classification that applies to materials sold for in-vitro laboratory and educational research. It indicates that the material has not been reviewed or approved as a drug, food, or supplement, and is not packaged or labeled for any other category of use. Materials with this classification are intended strictly for the laboratory.
What documentation comes with each shipment?
Lot-specific specifications accompany each order. A certificate of analysis is provided when a reviewed, approved certificate has been issued for that lot; when one is available, it identifies the lot and reports the testing performed on it. Where a certificate has been linked to a product page, you can review it there before placing an order.
How are materials stored before shipment?
Materials are stored under conditions appropriate to each product. Where a certificate of analysis is available for a lot, it indicates the storage conditions and any specific handling guidance for that lot. Once a shipment leaves us, storage and handling become the receiving laboratory's responsibility.
Where do you ship?
United States only at launch. International shipping is not currently offered. The address form at checkout reflects this.
How do I get a copy of a certificate of analysis?
When a product page lists a certificate, the link on that page opens it as a PDF. You do not need to be signed in to view a certificate that has been linked to a published product. If a product does not list a certificate, none has been published for that product yet.
