All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales from Bioline Labs are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity, ensure proper handling, and comply with Research-Use-Only standards.
Bioline Labs will only replace items under the following circumstances: - The incorrect item was shipped - The product arrives damaged - The product is lost in transit (verified by carrier)
Any claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence. Bioline Labs reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement request that does not meet these conditions.
